This may seem like a stupid question but since I just started LCing yesterday I feel it is OK to ask. I see all these recipes that I wat to try (especially the Pizza Quiche) but I am wondering where I can get the nutritional info. I am using Fit Day to track my carbs but wanted to know if there is an easier way to calculate this stuff without having to put in every ingredient individually?

How do you guys all do this?
