Need Recipe Help

I have been on here every day printing off recipes and trying them out. (I am in my kitchen all of the time!) Sometimes they are good, sometimes AWFUL. I am trying really hard to find recipes that will keep my husband on Atkins with me. He loves carbs, but is really tring to stick to it...
Is there a "best of the best" section on here somewhere?
If not, can we start one?I've tried lots of the bread recipes, and they are so eggy...they taste like quiche.

And not good quiche either...

I am needing some good side dishes to keep my husband and I away from bread and .keep us from going crazy on salads. Any suggestions?
