Let me introduce myself

Well, to start off I am a fat ass. Yeah thats right I said fat ass. Well my name is John and I have about 100 pounds to lose. I am starting the Atkins diet tommorow and I am so excited. It is really awesome to find a place like this with people that have similar goals as I do. You are all awesome, and kick some major ass.
