Ok I made it to Day 2..Does it get easier?
I've made it to day two, after starting and stopping 3 or 4 times. Does this get easier as you go along? I'm such a carb junkie. While on Induction will it hurt to have may one can of diet cola or one serving of half&half in one cup of coffee pr day or even everyother day? I found the Advantage bars (I live in Ontario and its hard to find product) will they hurt me if I eat one each day as a snack? or maybe to fix a craving?
