Welp.. its been about 7 weeks... 35 lbs lighter on the scale (but my buddy who is a trainer said i gained about 7 lbs of muscle too)
I have been hitting the gym hard.. lifting heavy... and doing cardio... I feel great.. I measured myself about 3 weeks ago.. I am going to measure myself again this weekend and let ya all know the differences there..
What i have been doing in a nutshell:
Gym 4 days/week with 3 rest days
I been sticking to 20-30 carbs/day...
Eating lots of salads, chicken, tuna, steak
180 plus oz's of water per day
Take Protein shakes Post workout...
Creatine
Lots of vitamins...

Overall.. like i said i feel good.. eating good.. never hungry...People around me have noticed changes...
