Please tell me what you suggest in the way of cough drops...

Oh, you poor thing. I hope you start feeling better soon. I'm lucky enough to have not gotten a cold since I started this WOE (yippee!) but I do know that most drugstores have a good section of sugar free medicines and cough drops for diabetics. Not sure of a specific brand to recommend, but if you ask the prescription counter, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Good luck. Drink some hot tea and lots of water. Feel better.

Youngest daughter came down with something awful...now we are ALL sharing it She is on Atkins too, so I scoured the drugstore. The Pharmacist guided me to some sugar free cough drops to help us all.
They're better than nothing. My mother told me to get some Rock and Rye whiskey and mix a spoonful of that with some splenda. Hmmm....enuff of that and I won't CARE if I'm coughing my head off!
