Default sleepy limbs

Has any one noticed their limbs falling asleep on this WOL? lol.. man its hard for me to sleep.. im flailing around in the bed while my whole bodies asleep.. strange. :-) let me know

Are you taking your vitamins? At the least, It should be a good multivitamin w/o iron. Then you could add potassium and magnesium.

ya im taking prenatal vitamins,, and all my supplementation. I am reading Dr. Atkins vita nutrient book and man.. it is GOOD. That guy was my hero. Honestly.

Are you exercising? Before this WOE, I used to have insomnia. Then I changed my diet and started exercising and now I can hardly keep my eyes open at night. Also, are you getting enough calcium? Try taking a supplement if you're not getting enough.
