The pie was excellent and i can't believe it turned out as tasty as it did even my kids ate it i was very dubious as how it would turn out because the top filling of egg's,cream,cheese and mayo looked very watery when i mixed it altogether but it came out like a souffle and when it cools it goes to normal size.
I reheated it at my work(so reheatings n/p) ~ 10 am which seems a bit odd? mince for breakfast but it was really tasty.
I added some paprika,garlic salt,tomato puree to the list of ingredients the reason for the paprika and tomato puree was to give it a bit colour as i like the red effect u can give mince not 2 much puree tho just enough to take the grey colour of the mince away.
It also turned out a lovely golden brown colour on top just as it says it would
BTW Don't be tempted to add salt to the egg mixture i didnt and it tasted real good without it.
It was a resounding success for me of course all u wummin can vary ingredients (as wummin seem to be able to do n/p) but i just stuck to the basic ingredients with the added paprika,puree n Garlic salt.
also one thing about salt i put a level teaspoon of salt and about 1/2 tsp pepper and it was just perfect for my tastebuds course we all have varying tastes so you season the mince and cook to taste.
10/10 for the cheeseburger pie.

the Baconburger pie is next on my hit list
