Angry Carbs are bad damn

I ate like a fat pig, and got my bodyweight at 220 pounds now i did it.

My lower back is getting better, my osteopath when she saw me told me that i needed to lose weight, i am not fat massive yes but not fat still she said that at 5 foot 10 i am way to big and need to lose around 30 pounds or at least the lovehandles. SHe is so right.

Gummy bears, bread, hot dogs and the works made me bloated, retain so much water, mood swings and the rest.

I am back at low carbs and feel great, low carb works and i dont get mood swings.

Keep you folks updated and will start my journal next week.

It is amazing how good you feel when you are off the bad carbs!

Just remember veggies have great carbs! Don't avoid them all...
