sugar, flour or wheat?
I am wondering what the real baddie out of the above 3 food items really is. The thing is, many people have reported losing weight, despite the fact that they consumed a certain amount of sugar during induction, especially in alcohol, as people find that hard to give up. These people, though, did cut out bread completely. Do I come to the conclusion that the components of bread - flour and wheat - or one of them, is the real baddie?I am not advocating limitless use of sugar, but surely the odd spoon now and then in one's morning cup of coffee can't hurt?
