Default Strange Things

The other day I went on a hike with my GF, half of it was uphill.
I actually walked a faster pace on the uphill side than she did. I haven't hiked in about 20 years !

Also- and I hope this isn't too gross, but I have noticed a strange green tint in my urine.

Is that a bad thing ?

I also have this burning feeling in my stomach- not uncomfortable, but it is unusual nontheless.

Maybe that is a good thing ?

Energy good!! You should put all that new found energy to use. It helps really change your body when all the weight goes...

Green tint? Are you taking any vitamins or supplements???

Burning tummy???? Are you working out.. sometimes muscular awareness

B-vitamins give me a green tint...they also make me "yack" so I don't take them anymore. (I won't use the vomit emoticon, 'cause it icks me out.)

Default Vitamins

I have been taking Vitamins, so maybe that could be the reason for the unusual color. I also have been making alot of trips to the bathroom.

My urine tends to be greenish-bright yellow after I take my Vit B complex....sometimes foods you eat can also change the color of your urine.

The burning inside or outside? Inside means acid and something you are eating may be causing it. Outside, exercise can cause muscular burning/soarness and will go away.

Energy is great....I love this WOE because I have more energy now than every ... even when I was in my 20's!

My B vitamin makes it a bright greeny yellow too. I've heard that lots of vitamin C can do the same thing.

Yep, B vitamins make it look like Gatorade. Weird side effect, eh? The only problem with that is that you have to trust your body that it is hydrated enough. I used to use urine color to gauge that. Something my HS swim coach preached about and have used it since then. B vitamins muddy that up.

Yep, a common tactic for throwing of urine tests if - you think you're gonna fail - is to pop a bunch of vitamin B pills to make your piss go so green they'll ask for a retest.
Dont ask me how I know that :P
