Default Thinking about getting a thighmaster

I've been on Atkin's for 5 weeks now and have plateaued. Need to get more exercise and especially tone up inner and outer thighs. Has anyone used the thighmaster? results?

I have never used a thighmaster. For legs, I do squats and lunges and I feel that works all of my legs. Let me know if you decide to get one and how you like it!

For a good leg workout, I usually just chase Fern around my apartment ... Going up and down the steps is a killer... I get quite a burn going .... I truly feel that it has helped my leg and glute development.

Seriously though, when using a thigh master (I never have, but I understand the principle), you will see maximum benefit by going slow and really SQUEEZING that thing closed and holding it for a 3 count on each rep.

When it starts to really burn, take a 1 1/2 to 2 minute rest and do it again. 2 to 3 sets like this is a good workout.
