Question Just finishing Induction...questions

Hi,

I will be finishing the 14 day Induction period on Monday. I have so much weight to lose, that I would like to stay at the "Induction" 20 carb a day limit, but can I add in nuts, fruits, etc... or do I need to strictly continue to adhere to basically meat, cheese and vegetables? I'm actually quite thrilled with how I've started out, and want to continue the trend!

Perhaps you may try 25g per day, and keeping it at that level for a longer period. I did that and find that it keeps in me in ketosis, even though I lose a little slower, but the added choices are worth it. Otherwise if you stay at 20g you may spend too many g's of carbs on a handul of nuts and then feel like you can't eat much for your other meals.

Hello and congrats on making it through induction!! I stayed at 20-25 carbs with OWL options (nuts, berries, LC tortilla wraps, LC yogurt etc) for many months and did fine.
