My husband and I are opening a LC store in southern Indiana. We hope to help ourselves while helping others with the LC lifestyle. We plan to have some cooking classes and support group meetings.

I personally would love to get a youth group started. There is an increasing number of children and teens that are obese. I think it would be great to help them build self-respect and self-esteem by feeling better about themselves. I think that losing weight and being healthy is the first step to achieving these goals for some overweight people.
