Default Waistlines!

Hi All! Just joined two minutes ago! Been LCing since May 2003, have lost 28lbs!!! Have almost got my hourglass figure back (ha ha)! My only problem is my waist line doesn't hasn't budged since I lost two inches off it about a month ago! I seem to be reducing everywhere except at the waist! Does anyone know any special exercises I can do to overcome this? Please?

Maamel

The Firm's 5 day Ab tape is pretty good - and they guarantee visible results in 10 workouts or your money back. Each day is different and only takes 6-9 minutes of time to do.

It'll take some patience. It's common for you to lose fat from particular areas first, then later, once you're in maintence, it'll slowly redistribute itself. But there's no such thing as spot reducing, and no exercises that will influence where your body burns the fat from.

Still, you can firm things up. I happen to like the ab exercises on this site. I can't tell you whether on not they produce good results because I'm too lazy to keep doing them.

I have found that the first place that you put your weight on it the hardest place to lose it so hang in there.

Hey!

About the losing inches thing ... I always gain first and lose first ...BOOBS!

This first week I lost everywhere except my waist and biceps. I actually gain a 1/2 inch on my waistline! Doesn't make any sense.

I workout religiously, both cardio and weight training. I expect my biceps not to decline but I never expected my waistline to increase!

Oh well, as long as I'm losing the lbs. I'm sure everything else will adjust.

Good luck and welcome to the forum and the LC WOL.
Lori
