Hi,
You can also use the Nutritional calculator at
http://www.nat.uiuc.edu/
Use Nat Tools Version 2.0
I use this in conjuntion with Fit day. I use nat tools to total my recipes then copy into Excel and divide all the nutritional totals by the number of servings. Then on Fitday, I create a new food, giving it my recipe name and put in all the nutritional values.
Still tedious but this other nutritional calculator gives more information and you can even analyze all the foods in your recipe individually. This is cool because if your recipe contains too many carbohydrates, you can easily see the culprit and modify your recipe.
hope that helps
Deb
