Question aches and pains in the morning?

Hi all
recently - probably the past two weeks - I've been waking up in the morning very achy - it feels almost like my muscles are detached from the bones. even after my hot shower and stretching i am still achy. it goes away about an hour or two after i'm up and about.

anyone else experience? is there any particular vitimin/mineral supliment i might be lacking?

thanks
lk

Try upping your magnesium, calicum and potassium.

And yes it is normal Upping those minerals should relieve some of the discomfort you are feeling.

Lk, you can read about which supplements and how much of them you need HERE .

Magnesium and Calcium will help with muscle aches and pains - specially those that happen over night.
