aches and pains in the morning?
Hi all
recently - probably the past two weeks - I've been waking up in the morning very achy - it feels almost like my muscles are detached from the bones. even after my hot shower and stretching i am still achy. it goes away about an hour or two after i'm up and about. anyone else experience? is there any particular vitimin/mineral supliment i might be lacking? thanks lk |
Try upping your magnesium, calicum and potassium.
And yes it is normal ;) Upping those minerals should relieve some of the discomfort you are feeling. |
