Unhappy at a standstill

howdy, I have lost almost 50 pounds in almost a year. I feel great, but am at a standstill for losing. what could the matter be. i need help

It could be that you are now consuming enough carbs and calories to maintain your weight. If you're not using Fitday.com already, you might want to enter everything you eat for a few days to see what the actual numbers are.

Just a guess.
