Default Breakfst for me

Since I have been on the Atkins nutritional approach, I have been eating breakfast. Generally I eat a scrambled egg with melted colby-jack cheese, asparagus and a slice of low carb bread with butter. I just love that. I drink sparkling water and I take my vitamin. I have been eating three full meals a day with very little snacking in between. I don't have the urge to snack like I once did. I have lost nearly 20 lbs and have 7 more to go before I reach my summer goal.

You can't start your day without a good breakfast.

Thumbs up

I totally agree that eating breakfast is very important! I try to eat something every morning with my coffee and it makes my brain work better (I do accounting so I need to have my brain work) when my stomach is satisfied.

I have not had breakfast since I was a sophomer in high school. The only thing my stomach tolerates at 7:00am is coffee. Then around 10:30am I eat some pumpkin seeds. I'm never hungry in the am and forcing food just makes me nauseous.
