Betsy's Exercise Log
I thought I'd take the plunge and start a gym log, since I finally started a journal, why not. Although I already write this stuff down in my physical journal.
So here's what I do currently:
I ride my semi-recumbent bike 45 mins. daily
I do 105 crunches daily (but I try to add a few each wk.)
Weight training Tues~Thurs~Sat (trying to avoid having flabby arms)
4 sets 40 reps curls 6.6 lbs
4 sets 20 reps lateral arm lifts 3.3 lbs
4 sets 25 reps behind your head things (correct name ??) 6.6 lbs
4 sets 20 reps reverse arm lifts (correct name ??) 6.6 lbs.
Today Friday 11-4-05
105 crunches
45 minutes bike
