Default I'm back

again. I feel ashamed of myself. I've learned there is no support 'out there' like there is here. I've missed this place.

Hello!

It's great to meet you. I'm a newbie to you, but I hope I can help. (I agree with Hummelda - no need to feel ashamed.)

Hi coco! Glad to see you came back. The key thing is to get back on the wagon. It's not how many times you fall off, it's how many times you get back on... 1 meal at a time, 1 lb at time. You can do it!

Welcome back, Coco. No need to feel ashamed. It's a good thing that you recognized you needed to come back before going away for too long. Good luck!!

Don't worry Coco you are not alone! This is my second time on Atkins and it was hard to come back and admit that I had gained about 40 pounds back. OUCH! But coming back is our first step to whooping this thing. Welcome home!!!!!!!!!!!!
