I'm back
again. I feel ashamed of myself. I've learned there is no support 'out there' like there is here. I've missed this place.

Welcome back coco. No need to feel ashamed. We'll help you back to your feet and help you get on the pathway for this journey... come back often and bask in the support you know is here to help you.
Good luck! |
Hello!
It's great to meet you. I'm a newbie to you, but I hope I can help. (I agree with Hummelda - no need to feel ashamed.) Rocky |
Hi Coco, and welcome. I wasn't around for your first journey, but will be here for this one! Glad you are here.

Hi coco! Glad to see you came back. The key thing is to get back on the wagon. It's not how many times you fall off, it's how many times you get back on... 1 meal at a time, 1 lb at time. You can do it!

 hi and good luck

Welcome back, and you will always be welcome so dont' feel bad.

Welcome back, Coco. No need to feel ashamed. It's a good thing that you recognized you needed to come back before going away for too long. Good luck!!
|
Don't worry Coco you are not alone! This is my second time on Atkins and it was hard to come back and admit that I had gained about 40 pounds back. OUCH! But coming back is our first step to whooping this thing. Welcome home!!!!!!!!!!!!
