Advantage Bars have sugar?

My Mom was listening to a radio talk show (out of Vancouver, BC) and apparently they were saying that Advantage bars have more sugar in them than Snickers bars. Anyone hear something like this? What's up?

They are made with a sugar alcohol, which does not affect your bodys sugar level. Because they don't affect your bodys sugar level, they don;t count. It is digested differently than normal sugar.

Lots of people say stay AWAY from the Advantage Bars. They have hidden carbs in them. Not sure if its true or not, but I stopped eating them 3 days ago and lost another 1.5lbs.
