i actually started last week going to the gym 6 days...felt awesome. total calories burnt last week doing cardio 2400 calories. this week i have planned to burn 3400 calories. thats almost 550 calories per day.

treadmill 30min >> 15min running/jogging at 6 mil/hr.
>> 15min walking at 3.5 mil/hr
burnt 300 calories
cycling 25 min >> moderate level 4(1-9)>>75-85 rpm

sauna 15min
total calories burnt 520.
