Default Reason(s) for being bloated?

Ok, we all know the wonderful benefits of this WOE.
One of which is no bloating, gas etc but today I am bloated!

I have stayed true to LC, no cheating at all!
TOM has passed, so why would I be bloated?
I was enjoying my "flat stomach", now today its
pooching! Does this happen to anyone else? and
what do you do?

Thanks

Suzie

Not only does too much salt cause bloating & water retention, so does not drinking enough water. Have you been getting at least 64oz daily?

Oh boy, you gals all nailed it!

Amy- I am guilty. I need to definately work harder at
getting in my water. I am a bad girl with that

Ms Jinx & hippygal

Guilty again, I have had bacon & pork rinds and yes
constipated too. Oh, I am in so much trouble.

Duh! No wonder I am bloated.

Thanks so much.

Suzie
