Cool Introduction

Just a note to introduce myself - I just started with Atkins a week ago - am hoping to loose 40 or so lbs - Have lost 3 so far this week - would like to loose 25 by april or may. More if I can need all the help I can get. Will take any help you all can offer. Look forward to chatting with you all.

Hi and Welcome to the forum.

Consider starting a journal here... it is a great way to become accountable. You can post your daily menus and get some advice from the peanut (or pecan - less carbs LOL) gallery and give us all a chance to get to know you better.

All the best.

Thank you for the welcome - I will take your advice and start a journal - guess I will have to lurk around in here and see how and where to do that. Continued success to you!

Just pull down the menu to journals in your alpha set using your login name. Then start a thread (note the subject you choose first will be your journal name) and then just keep replying to that same thread.

It's that easy.
