I notice that different members have different titles..
New Member, registered member, moderator, senior member, etc... How do you advance? Is it by time spent LCarbing or % of weight lost?

Hi Cyranda,

The "new, registered, senior member" titles change with the number of posts you make.
If you click your mouse over the little egg over your name, you'll see the icon changes you can expect as you make more posts.

Mentors and moderators are by invitation. We are volunteers who try to assist where we can to make your low carb journey a little smoother.
