Hello again, I am still trying, thank you for those who answered and gave counsel on my first post.
I just found out that I can't send an e-mail until I have logged 25 posts, I have a couple of questions. One suggestion was to use fitday.com to log my food/excercise- which I have done.
1. I have been reviewing a couple of journals and they have a food summary -- is there a way to import from fitday or do you have to retype each day's menu.
2. I noticed in several journals listing chicken wings -- in fitday chicken wings are not listed, do you just use roasted chicken, if there is no sauce on the wings?
3. Does anyone know of a place where you can input a recipe and get the analysis of carbs, protein etc?
