I use mayo mixed with crushed garlic for salads, wholegrain mustard for meats and hot sauce worcestershire sauce as well. I can't find LC ketchup here in England although I know Heintz is supposed to have one coming out soon. I wish they would hurry up

I use italian dressing for marinades, or some oilive oil vinegar and a little spice and hot sauce. You can use pretty much any condiment you like, just pay attention to the sugar contents. I use a Low sodium worchtershire sauce all the time. They even have a sugar free A-1 sauce now. If you like relish on your hamburgers and hot dogs just be sure to buy the dill pickle relish not the sweet relish.
