When I first started this WOL I weighed every morning. With an official weigh in every Monday morning. However, after several weeks, and feeling more comfortable and confident in this plan, I no longer weigh with any regularity. I know that as long as I am following the plan I will loose weight. I also know that I will eat this way for the rest of my life, so I am in no hurry to chart my progress. I already feel so great, I find I don't need that scale to put its 2 cents in.
