Default problem on induction

I am on my 6th day of induction. I work in a bakery which has been so so hard for me. Tonight at work the woman I work with was eating and tasting all kinds of stuff and saying how good it was and maybe a mini marshmallow fell into my mouth.
Does that mean I have to start all over or just keep going. I only work there a couple of days so I don't have the temptation everyday thank god.
What do I do? I was doing so good I am really disappointed.

a mini marshmallow? Uh.. I don't think you need to start all over. Just put it behind you and keep going!! You're doing great. Occasionally slip-ups are part of the journey!

Oh no. It's okay. Just be more careful next time! If you're afraid of sugar cravings, get yourself a box of LC chocolate. Just eat one when you get a craving and all better! I usually carry one or two around with me just in case.

You just can't go overboard on them, or you'll mess up your progress.

(ignoring the husband getting mad like it's HIS business....)

A mini-marshmallow isn't going to ruin anything. It had maybe a gram or two of carbs. Just keep in mind the woman going on and on about how good things taste has her own issues. You just keep on going, and remember that nothing in that bakery tastes better than reaching your goals. Bringing in something legal to snack on might make it easier as well.

HAng in there!

I never said I can't do it, I have done very good so far considering I work in a bakery. I have also lost five pounds in six days.

No but it is nice that your husband is supporting this diet. Ignore any insults, there are many naysayers that will make you feel worse. For me, if I have a tiny taste of something, it doesn't count ;-)

I feel for you working in a bakery, but soon you will be able to go without the urge to taste.

I had told her b4 about someone here posting about biting and spitting it out, Really works. So she said to her butt, or stomach "I FOOLED YOU !!! LOL IT WAS GREAT!
