A good substitute if you are mixing it with diet soda is white rum and coconut flavouring. You can do this with alsorts of drink, whisky and coffee flavour=tia maria. And theres a recipe for LC Baileys on the recipe forum. I have to admit Malibu is my fav tipple.

A handy place to look for the carb counts of foods and beverages is on the carb counter to the left of this. I just discovered it and its neat. You have to choose a category and it gives you lots of info.
