I'm so excited that I found this site. I have done Atkins on my own before, but this is so much better with all of you. I can "see" folks just like myself dropping the pounds and enjoying themselves along the way. The recipes and advice are great. One of the hardest things I found before was the lack of variety, but these new recipes have opened up a whole new world of ideas for me.
Who would have thought to use pork rinds in such an unpork rindy manner, LOL, the french toast was good. And I changed it a bit to make garlic cheese fritters, by leaving out the sweetner and cinnamin and adding garlic and shredded cheese.....and I like these even better. Just had cheese chips and looking forward to many other delights.

Thanks to whomever created this forum!!! You are a life saver!!!

Kathy

Welcome and it's great that you are so happy here and the recipes help. I'm sure you will continue to lose well.

I think I am going to try your recipe for the garlic-cheese fritters - that sounds delicious.

Hello.
Yes it is great to be on this forum, you can ask questions about the diet, learn new things, and etc. Actually I haven't tried any recipes yet, but maybe I should start if I can. Anyway good luck!!
