Mary, you may be eating enough calories but are you eating the right calories? A stall is a stall because it stops the fat from coming off, yet it doesn't cause you to gain fat - usuall it's something in particular that you're sensitive to, like dairy, eggs, nuts or artificial sweeteners.
The alcohol could be effecting you - alcohol will not knock you out of ketosis but it will put fat burning on hold. And if your calories include the alcohol then that would be my likely suspect for the halt in losses. Alcohol is naturally turned into ketones and burned as fuel - it's very easily done, so why would your body work to burn body fat when it's got a cheap and steady supply?
My advice is to try Induction for 2 weeks clean - no booze, no nuts, limit the cheese and sweeteners and eat the veggies. See what kind of results it yields.
