What is Maltodextrin?
I got this bag of buffalo flavor chicken drumettes.
The ingredients arechicken wing drumettes, water, aged cayanne pepper, vinegar, salt, garlic maltodextrin and fried in veg oil.
Then I realized it has 4g carbs for 3 small chicken pieces and I am not sure why the carb count is so high and where they are coming from unless its the maltodextrin
