Default Ultimate Brownie / Ultimate Question

Hi everyone,

I went to my local health food store today, never had to go there when I ate Burger King

Anyway, I found some really good tasting brownies and I have a question about them..

Sugar Free Control-Carb Gourmet Brownie
-------------------------------------------------------

Total Carb : 27g
Dietary Fiber: 10g
Sugar Alcohols: 16
Sugar: 0
Net Carb: 1g

170 calories
54 Fat Calories

Is this safe to eat, I am still on Induction? I hope it is.

Ultimate uggggh!

Thanks.

I am 4 days past induction, but I consider myself on induction, as I continue to limit carbs to 20g per day.

Thanks.

I'm past induction as well but I've added a few things here and there since I was getting bored, but I still try to stay under 20 a day.

I havve had very good results on Induction.

18 pounds in 18 days.
I am within 5 pounds of my first initial goal.
It has been easy for me.
Went from 44 waist to 40 waist.
XXL shirt to XL shirt.

Thanks.
