Default Can we go over the yogurt thing one more time?

I know I read that plain, full fat, no-sugar added yogurt is ok on this WOE......so here's what I did for a little breakfast variety......
I took:
3/4 c. Organic Plain Regular Yogurt
1/4 c. LC milk
3 Strawberries
2 tbsp (about 20) Blueberries
1 pkt. Splenda
and I whipped the heck out of it in the blender..........OMG!!!! It was thick, creamy and just YUMMY!!!!
Now, here's my question:
Since the yogurt container said 13 carbs per cup (-3 fiber)......is it really necessary to count them or are those carbs consumed by the live cultures?? I'm sure this whole concoction was a killer - carb wise - but it really was awesome!
