Default Meal ideas

Can we start a thread about meal ideas for newbies?
All I can think of is chicken breast with cheese on top and oil on my salad. I've had the same thing 2 days in a row. (I'm on day 2)
Having been on a lowfat diet for years, it's hard to come up with stuff that includes fat.

Hi everybody this is my first post and skipper i know exactly what you mean-But last night I actually made pork chops on the grill green salad and cucumbers with mayo dressing! and lost weight!!!!!!!!

For lunch today at a restaurant I had a ground round burger with swiss cheese (didn't touch the bun) and a small salad with dressing on the side. Then had a peach when I returned to the office. I'm very full.
