Default BAgels!

This is sooo good and is just like a bagel!

3 scoops protein pwdr
1 tsp baking pwdr
2 tbs flax meal
1 egg or 2 egg whites
a splash of water

split in 2 batches, microwave in a small circular flat tupperware bowl for about 2 and 1/2 minutes each. let cool, spread w/cream cheese ( i choose fat free (1 carb) cream cheese, and mix it w/1 splenda and some cinnimon. This is HEAVENLY and portable (i take it with me to class, school work). IT EVEN LOOKS LIKE A BAGEL. no weird lookers!

Not sure what happened. I made these and they turned out dry as dust.

As for the nutrition numbers, that would depend on the protein powder used. I would guess this to come to about 5 carbs or so.
