Default Leaving for a little while

Hiya

I'm afraid I'm going to have to leave you all for a little while. I'm finding that I'm having dizziness on CAD and am also gaining rather than losing. It's my wedding in three weeks and I don't want to risk gaining much weight in that period as my dress won't fit me if I do!
I will come back to CAD after I've come back from Vegas.
Please don't have a negative reaction to me for doing this - I'm only planning on getting married once and they're the only photos I'll have of it, and I'd prefer to not be heavier than I am now on them.

See you soon!

Cool Hey Becky!

I for one don't blame you a bit! You do what you have to do to feel good on your special day. Just make sure it is something that will leave you with lots of energy too, not just weight loss. A wedding really saps you!

Hey, have you ever tried the meat fast that Donna (DCBrowne) just did? Maybe that would give you a jump start to lose a few more pounds in the next 3 weeks.

Whatever you do, you can always come here. We DO still talk to people who aren't doing CAD

Take care, and if we don't see you.. HAPPY WEDDING !!!

oh yeah. You should try the meat fast. Its kicked alot of people back into losing that were stalled.

Basically you eat ONLY meat . and I believe you are allowed 2 eggs a day if you really want them. You can have mustard and mayo but no other condiments.

no vegies or anything. Only water to drink. you might be able to have tea.

I bet you could find more details in donnas journal or maybe she can post the link for it here.

I found the meat fast in the stalls and tips forum. I just ate meat, nonprocessed, with oil, mayo or butter. Stuff like chicken salad, lamb chops and steak and drank only water. I had gained 5.5 lbs for no apparent reason, after 2 days that was gone plus another couple of pounds. I wish you well-have a wonderful wedding!
