That sounds cool! What's the software called, and how does it work? Does it connect to the internet, or is it somehow all loaded in the phone?

For protein, I've heard that you should aim for 0.5-1 grams for every pound you weigh (or maybe for your optimal weight? it was somewhere on this forum if you want to search). I aim for 100g/day, weighing 181 (as of today!) and goal of 135.

I would use fitday for the percent fat you're aiming for to get the grams. Most people recommend 65-70% during induction, and maybe a little bit lower during OWL...

Hi Nicolasix,

The software is called RMRdiet and is available for different phones and pocket pc's, I have the trial version at present but I am certainly going to buy it. Handango is the company that have it on line to download.

Anything that helps me to keep to this WOE.
