Unhappy gained 2lbs.!!!

Help, I worked my bootie off at the gym this week and gained two pounds. I didn't do anything different then the two weeks prior to this except drink 2 margaritas during the week. That could not possibly make me gain 2lbs. I only have done resistance trainging 2X this week, I don't think it is muscle either. I am so discouraged!!! I'm not going to stop LC because I lost alot of weight before doing it. I had a baby about 9 months ago and I am just trying to get back in the swing of thing. Upset...

The scale is not the anwser to everything.
Did you weigh yourself at the same time of the day that you always do?
I know that my weight fluxuates around 5 pounds a day.

The best way to tell if you are making progress is with bodyfat calipers, the mirror and seeing how your clothes fit.

I have gained weight but at the same time lost inches off my waist. The scale is not the best way to tell if you are making progress.

Also,
I assume that you are using a pretty low calorie diet.
Try to zig zag your calories thoughout the week.
A couple of high calorie days are very benficial for
fat loss and resetting the metabolism when utilizing a low calorie diet.
The human body will get use to anything over time.
Which is why we must keep our bodies guessing.
Change up your diet like you should change up your workouts.
Variety is key

Default low carbing not really low cal...

Thanks for the imput, I do change up my routine at the gym every day. Not necessarily low cal but low carb. Weighed myself same time as last week. Looked in the mirror and thought I looked fatter yesterday, (it was a bad day-I couldn't keep up at my kick boxing class.) Not used to being over 122lb. I am still hoping it is muscle...
