Default whew.. think i ate too much today.

8:00AM - Atkins Shake
1:00PM - 2/3 pound Hardees Low Carb Burger (no ketchup)
5:00PM - 10 hot wings, celery + ranch
10:00PM - 12oz Steak, celery + ranch

What do you guys think? Guess ill find out in the morning.. i hope i didnt gain any weight.. its been a LONG time since ive put weight on.

Just doesn't look very healthy is all. I mean, is your sole source of most vitamins coming in a pill and not real food or are you leaving it to fate? Personally, I can't imagine being in maintaince as your stats say and manage to go a whole day eating shakes, meat, and celery.

looks fine to me, plus its just one day, dont stress over it, thats how eating disorders start

It doesn't look like you ate too much, but it does look fairly unbalanced (not nearly enough veggies for someone on maintainance or even for someone on induction for that matter). Glad to hear that's not a typical day for you.

i actually gained 1.5 pounds today.. oh well. Ill get it back off.

I don't think you can gain 1.5lbs of *fat* overnight like that. It's most likely water retention from the salty foods. Try to up your water intake and flush that salt out and you'll probably be just fine.
