Unhappy Flu - Help

Okay, so I had a bout of stomach flu this weekend (happy 4th!) and ate virtually nothing (lost three pounds!). I've always eaten toast and rice when I've had this before until I got my appetite back. This time I just didn't eat anything... Now I've got the head cold part of this illness and frankly,I just can't stomach heavy foods... Any sick bed suggestions?

I just got over the flu, myself. After a few days, I decided that I just needed to take a break from LCing. The way I figure it is that you need to take care of the problem at hand, first. Let's face it, if you have the stomach flu, you're not going to be sitting around pigging out on Doritos and stuff anyway. Some chicken noodle soup and crackers definately isn't going to hurt for a few day. Particularly since it's very hard to come any where CLOSE to lots of calories when you're sick. You'll probably lose a few pounds during the course of being sick anyway. Just make sure that the first day your stomach can handle it to go right back to LCing. Also, make sure you are getting lots of vitamin C in your supplements.

Hope you feel better soon!!
