Wow!

I dont know if I want to call it a cheat as much as feeling totally out of control.
I didnt eat anything 'forbidden' but oh my did I go off.

I probably had close to 3000 calories if not more.

In fact it was so bad I dont even want to enter it into my fitday.

My food choices were poor at best and I dont know what got into me. I just wanted to eat everything in sight.

I have had a few stressful days recently but I dont think thats what casued me to go off like this.

In fact, I am not sure what caused me to go off like this. All I know is I did and its bad and now I want to cry.

Well, I better fess up and add it to my fitday :-(

sighs... I guess I can look at it as a learning experience.

MJ

I just entered it into my fitday
33g of carbs for the day. 13 more than normal.

the worst part is I font even feel full or statisfied or anything.

I feel hyper, irritable, upset, nervous, frustrated and just plain weird.

I know what you mean though. The other day my family ordered pizza I don't know what cam over me but suddenlty I HAD TO HAVE A PIECE!!! So I did and suddenly it wasn't as good as I remembered it to be. Then that night I was as sick as a dog which I am sure will remind me in the future of what NOT to eat. Try not to beat yourself up to much. Knowing is half the battle and you are not trying to cover it up you are owning up to what you did and now it is time to move on. I hope this helps
