Eating crow! (not literally)
I posted a short while ago about still enjoying my low carb beer & still losing weight! ACK! Well this week I had my Mic Ultra & I cheated two nights--it was because of the beer!!!!!!!!!! It gave me the "I dont care" attitude. I am now making myself withhold from the beer during the week! Only on the weekends & I will make darn sure there are NO foods in sight that I cant have. I was hoping to be under 180 but not a chance now
So, here I sit eating my roast beef & swiss cheese roll ups! I have a new outfit my mom bought me for losing 20 lbs- one size smaller !!!!!!!!!!
Back on the wagon & going for NO CHEATING for the rest of the month!!!! I felt so wonderful losing the 20 lbs that I cant believe I let my guard down!!!!!!!!
