Eating crow! (not literally)
I posted a short while ago about still enjoying my low carb beer & still losing weight! ACK! :nono: Well this week I had my Mic Ultra & I cheated two nights--it was because of the beer!!!!!!!!!! It gave me the "I dont care" attitude. I am now making myself withhold from the beer during the week! :cry: Only on the weekends & I will make darn sure there are NO foods in sight that I cant have. I was hoping to be under 180 but not a chance now :rolleyes:
So, here I sit eating my roast beef & swiss cheese roll ups! I have a new outfit my mom bought me for losing 20 lbs- one size smaller !!!!!!!!!! :yay: Back on the wagon & going for NO CHEATING for the rest of the month!!!! I felt so wonderful losing the 20 lbs that I cant believe I let my guard down!!!!!!!! |
Overindulgence in alcohol can cause people to make poor decisions and to let their guards down. Wise decision to abstain during the week!!!

That is exactly the reason why I don't drink anymore. I get "tipsy" after 1 or 2 beers and then I'd just start munching. I've tried the low carb beer and it's pretty good. But I reserve it for once in a great while because I know what will happen to my will power. I'm weak enough without adding anything to the equation. LOL |
