Mike, I couldn't lift much the first week, but since then, no problem. Just take your supplements, because with so much steak and eggs and just lettuce, you are not getting nearly the vitamins you need. And if you are working out, you need to drink even more water. You will cramp up less and have better endurance.
Looks like you and I are in the same weight class with a similar goal. I'm down 27 lbs since Jan 20. This is an easy way to live and feel better. And remember, if you are lifting, the actual weight loss will be less than the fat loss, as you build up muscle.
