Default Fitday Pie chart??

Hi. Just entering my foods for the day on Fitday. What would be a good percentage of fat and protein compared to carbs? I'm on week three. Have only 7 carbs so far today, but the fat is quite high. Is there a formula? I'm staying on Induction for awhile. Thx. Suzanne

65-70% fat, 25-30% protein, 4-6% carbs.
That's the usual recommendation for induction/early OWL.

It can't really be too high, unless you're around 90% all the time. Why not post your menue + stats from Fitday - or a link to your account there, if you've made it public. Normally people have problems getting ENOUGH fat, so I'm curious as to how you've managed to make it "too high".

I too thought I was way to over on fat intake using FITDAY, but I found out when I entered my custom nutritional goals that I was using percentages instead of grams!! I just looked back on some of my previous days to get an estimate of the number of grams of my fat, protein and carbs that equal the percentages!
Hope this helps!

Not so fast. It may not be too high. When I was on induction I had no clue what my ratios should be and I was eating 80% plus fat. I lost like crazy. Don't know if this is typical but that's how it worked out for me. If you are losing you should be okay. Yes, why don't you post your percentages so we can get a better look?
